Krispie Chicken

My friend gave me this "recipe" and we gave it a try last night. So good!
It's quite simple.

Take chicken, any kind, and spread with mayo, then dip in rice krispies. Bake as you usually do and enjoy.

I cut large boneless skinless breasts into serving size pieces. I mixed some seasoning salt into my mayo, spread it on the chicken, then pressed it into a bowl of cereal. I baked it at 375 for about 20 minutes. Turned out great.

Next time, I will try some different spices. YUM!

Let me know if you try any good combos.

I do something a little similar- we cover our chicken in plain yogurt (greek yogurt is the thickest and you can get fat free-) and then roll it in low fat Ritz Cracker crumbs...we call it Ritzy Chicken and it is YUMMY.
We bake it like normal chicken
