Avocado Ranch Turkey Sandwhich

This recipe is from Gilly's soon to be sister-in-law, Sharese Mohlman. We were in the same married BYU ward. We love this sandwhich.

Avocado Ranch Turkey Sandwhich

1 Avocado, pitted, peeled, and mashed

1/4 c. Ranch Dressing

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Butter or margarine

Sliced Deli Turkey

Crispy Cooked Bacon

Sliced Tomato

Sliced Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese

2 Slices Sourdough Bread per sandwhich

Combine avocado and Ranch dressing in a bowl and a tsp. of lemon juice. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. With butter side down top bread with grilled turkey, bacon, tomato, cheese, and dressing. Then top with a slice of bread butter side up. Place sandwhich on a frying pan or grill. Turn once until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
