Easy Pasta Salad

When my sister Katy was visiting she said she wanted some easy recipes to make for when she graduated. I told her I'd post some and this is one of the easiest things to make that I can think of. I don't use any specific measurements so you will just have to do it to your taste. Mike likes a Ranch/Mayo based salad and I like an Italian pasta salad so we compromise and add them both. Also, I don't like a dry pasta salad so I am generous with the dressings.

Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Pasta (spiral, elbow, whatever you want)
Olives
Broccoli
Cucumber
Cheese
Onion (I used red but you can use whatever)
Tomatoes
Ranch Dressing
Italian Dressing
Parmesan Cheese
Chicken
Pepperoni

Cook the pasta according to directions on the box. Rinse and drain the noodles and transfer to a big bowl. Cut up whatever you want in your pasta. I put some or all of the above ingredients. The pasta in the picture has chicken but if we have pepperoni we use that. The last thing I do is add the Italian and Ranch dressing and then the Parmesan Cheese. Mix it all together and enjoy!
