1/2 cup sugar
1 heaping Tbsp flour
cover with milk (approximately 1 cup)
Dash of salt
(amounts are approximate)
This recipe is from my friend Ali Walston. We were out of syrup so I tried this. It was so easy, fast and great!

Did it taste alright? My children still talk about Dad trying to make hard candy, I mean, syrup during our trip to UT back in 2004.
It was great. I'm really glad I discovered it.
