Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is a appetizer that a friend of mine makes for everything. I have never met anyone who doesn't like it. Although maybe they are just too polite to tell me they don't like it. The follow recipe makes a large amount of dip. You can cut it in half pretty easily.

2-8oz packages of cream cheese
2-cans of chicken breast (the big cans)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Ranch Dressing (you can also use Blue Cheese, but I don't)
1/2-3/4 cups Frank's Hot Sauce (you can use any hot sauce, but it should be the kind you would put on hot wings. I usually use 1/2 cup and it is pretty good.)

Melt cream cheese over low-medium heat, stir frequently. When it is all melted and smooth, remove from heat and add other ingredients. Serve. You can refrigerate and reheat.

Serve with sliced baguette, Frito's, and/or celery sticks.

BEWARE, this dip is delicious and addictive. ENJOY!!

We just ate this dip for the first time this past weekend. One of Brent's employees brought it to our potluck party! It is yummy!
