Salsa Chicken

Ingredients:

Green Beans (fresh, frozen, canned)
2-4 chicken breasts (depends on how many you are feeding)
Salsa (your favorite) I recommend fresh from a Mexican restaurant

Take your favorite Stoneware small dish with sides. Pour the greens beans in bottom of dish. Lay raw or frozen chicken breasts on top of the green beans. Pour salsa over the top of the chicken to completely cover it.

Cook at 350 degrees for about 45-55 minutes. Or until you cut into the chicken and it's white.

This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare and tastes fabulous. Even my children who claim to dislike green beans love the way they taste when the salsa has cooked down into them.
