Flatlander Chili

Flatlander Chili

I found this recipe off of  This was the highest rated chili at the time (I found it a few years ago...maybe there is a higher rated one now?).  We like it.  I enjoy a taco soup better but for a chili this is good.


Original recipe makes 10 servings

  1. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large kettle. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
