Anyone else been living under a rock? I just discovered Panko Bread Crumbs this week. These are not your average bread crumbs--MUCH better. They aren't seasoned, but add your own and voila! I made fish and chips with these bread crumbs last night and they were perfect! I battered our cod, then rolled it in panko and a little cajun seasoning. Yummy!
Anyway, give these bread crumbs a try if you haven't already. Totally worth it - and they're inexpensive and not hard to find.
