Artichoke Chicken

If you like the hot artichoke dip, you'll love this!!

1 can water pkg (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 c parmesan cheese
3/4 c mayonnaise
dash of garlic powder
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine first four ingredients in bowl. Place chicken in greased 11 x 7 dish. Spread the artichoke mix over the chicken. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 375.

Note: I used marinated artichoke hearts. I also cut my chicken up into smaller chunks, as my we don't each eat a whole breast. Everyone loved this. We served it with rice, some of us served it over the rice. I wished for some nice crusty french bread. Anyway, it was yummy (although I wouldn't say it was good for you!) , so give it a try!
